Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Day Shift

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the direction of the RN and DON
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
  • Monitor and record resident health status and communicate changes promptly
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations

Requirements:
  • Valid Ohio LPN license in good standing
  • Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
