Are you a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who thrives in a supportive and team-oriented environment? The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is looking for a dedicated full-time LVN to join our PM shift team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

✨ What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, care, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Support and mentor CNAs, contributing to a positive and efficient care environment.

• Active LVN license in good standing with the State of California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a compassionate attitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
