Victorian Post-Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse

Looking for:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors.
• Must have an ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.
• Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
• Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
• Must be a dedicated, compassionate and caring team-player.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan. Participate in the updating of the resident's written discharge plan as required
• Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.

Required license:
