Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products
- Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment
- Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements
- Participate in our safety-first culture
- Share your expertise by training team members
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Team-player mindset
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs . PPE provided.
