• Work in Mail Services to process mail and packages for Villanova University students, faculty, and staff.
• Learn and understand Mail Services policies and procedures.
• Work with package tracking hardware/software to process mail and packages in accordance with Mail Services procedures.
• Assist at customer service window.
• Learn and understand package locker reservation systems.

Requirements:Additional Information:
