🛠️ What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Ensure the building and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents with a smile
• Help with room setups, furniture moves, and seasonal projects

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a heart for helping others
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
