• Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for the transformation of accounts payable processes, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
• Technology Implementation: Implementation of accounts payable technologies, including automation tools, and workflow management solutions
• Process Improvement: Analyze current accounts payable processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improvement
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, procurement, IT, and other departments to ensure the successful integration of new technologies and processes
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new technologies and processes
• Training and Support: Create training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and processes
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and regularly report on progress to management
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all accounts payable processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounts payable supplier portal team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with technology transformation projects, particularly in accounts payable or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounts payable automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations

• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
• Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
• Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
• May require travel by automobile and airplane for business
• May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
• May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Requires the use of various electronic tools
