What You'll Do:
Responsible for leading and managing the team through the successful planning, creation and execution of visual content and elements that represent and promote the Crowley brand to external and internal audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works directly with the Director of Corporate Communications and collaborates with other internal and external communications and marketing personnel to plan, manage and advance the Crowley brand through high-quality visual content, including digital, print and multimedia products.
- Provides effective strategic counsel on branding and visual content planning, design and management for business units and corporate units to achieve desired objectives.
- Serves as visual lead to company executive leadership to establish, protect and regularly review brand standards applicable to all lines of business and corporate functions.
- Serves as leader and manager of multiple graphic designers and/or multimedia specialists as well as third-party resources, and proficiently assigns and manages personnel, vendors and their activities to meet deadlines and create content aligned to brand standards and strategic priorities of the company.
- Develops, maintains and manages the digital assets, including photos, graphics, collateral, etc. for the corporation using digital asset management software.
- Bachelor's degree in visual arts, design, communications, marketing, multimedia or related field
Experience:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, corporate communications, or related field; including 3 - 5 years working as a supervisor and/or lead designer in a corporate organization, advertising agency or comparable environment preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exceptional skills and mastery of Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC and Apple operating platform.
