Description
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Manager, ERP Applications to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within our HealthCare system. This includes a specific focus on Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation modules, as well as third-party applications that are integrated with the core solution. The role involves managing a team of IT professionals to ensure the timely and accurate operation of all HCM functions, supporting activities such as candidate sourcing and hiring, employee lifecycle management, talent development, and compensation planning. The Manager will coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and other IT teams to implement and maintain these applications, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Oracle HCM suite.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle ERP systems related to Human Capital Management (HCM), ensuring system availability, data integrity and security.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications and other relevant systems.
- Oversee the deployment of new features and system upgrades, particularly those related to talent acquisition, core human resources, and compensation, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Recruit, select, and retain personnel.
- Perform associate evaluations, prepare individual professional development plans, and work with HR to deliver disciplinary actions and associate recognition.
- Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to comprehend their payroll requirements and ensure the ERP system fulfills those needs.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and updates to maintain a reliable reference for testing and process audits.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the functionality of Oracle Fusion cloud applications and related systems to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and generate reports for management and stakeholders to provide insights into application performance, system issues and project status.
- Ensure all system implementation or upgrade activities are delivered in accordance with healthcare regulations, data security standards, and organizational policies.
- Remain current on industry trends and system functionality by reading industry publications, attending relevant conferences and seminars, and engaging with professional networks and communities.
- Act as the escalation point for after-hours support, addressing critical issues that arise outside regular business hours to ensure uninterrupted payroll system functionality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and maintaining Oracle ERP Applications, specifically the HCM modules of Recruiting, Talent, HR, and Compensation.
- Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Applications preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is required for this position.
