SummaryThe Manager of Corporate Strategy will play a central role in advancing the company's growth agenda by supporting two core areas: pricing strategy and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). The role is designed for a highly analytical and motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank.
The Manager will support the development and execution of enterprise pricing strategies-particularly in the aftermarket business-to drive profitable growth, while also sourcing and conducting diligence on acquisition opportunities. The role provides direct exposure to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Conduct quantitative analysis of aftermarket markets, products, customers, and competitors to inform pricing decisions.
- Partner with business leaders and finance to design and implement pricing strategies that improve margin and market share.
- Develop pricing models, discount frameworks, and dashboards to track aftermarket performance.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Strategy & Execution
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in collaboration with the VP of Strategy.
- Conduct financial, operational, and market diligence on targets.
- Develop valuation models and support deal structuring.
- Prepare materials for the CEO and Board of Directors on acquisition opportunities and strategic rationale.
Corporate Strategy Support
- Contribute to strategic planning processes and special initiatives.
- Build executive-level presentations that synthesize analysis into concise insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to advance projects critical to the company's long-term growth.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier undergraduate university in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. Master of Business Administration (MBA) optional.
- GPA of 3.7+ strongly preferred.
- 2 to 3 years at a leading management consulting firm or investment bank; consistent track record of positive performance reviews.
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous quantitative analysis and build financial models.
- Exposure to pricing strategy, corporate finance, or transaction diligence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI, SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong business judgment and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort presenting to senior executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Minimal travel expected (up to 10%).
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
- This position requires access or potential access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information, which is Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) data. Therefore, to meet NOFORN requirement, you will have to provide proof of US Citizenship and attest that you do not have dual citizenship.
