WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and launch new assembly lines using Lean principles to achieve 95% OEE
- Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies
- Design manufacturing fixtures to support production needs
- Create all documentation for manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement PM/PDM and operator TPM programs for equipment
- Communicate clear action plans and results to leadership and team members
- Lead focused problem-solving and data analysis to support zero-defect product launches
- Contribute to broader business strategy and execution beyond core responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
- 1-5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong integrity with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- Curious, business-minded, and eager to understand customer needs
- Able to focus on key priorities and avoid distractions
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Excellent, structured problem-solving abilities (Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt preferred)
- Continuous-improvement mindset with a drive for better performance
- Takes ownership and acts in the best interest of the business
- Collaborative, genuine team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks); Project tools such as Minitab or FEA are a plus
- Machine design and/or PLC programming (ladder logic) experience preferred
- Willingness to travel overseas
- Experience leading or participating in kaizen events
