Job DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell's next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell's offerings by ensuring the seamless integration of chemistry principles into product development, enhancing the quality and innovation of our products. Your leadership fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, ultimately driving the company's success by pushing the boundaries of scientific possibilities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products according to standard operating procedures
- Perform quality inspections and tests to ensure product compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and test results
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience in a clean room laboratory
- Works under minimal supervision

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science degree
- Leadership or coaching experience to direct and/or indirect reports
