Job Description
Primary Function of Position
Perform Cyclic Counts for the raw materials Inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP
aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible to run reports, physical location and
counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and
ability to reconcile them.
Essential Job Duties
• Ensure compliance to inventory procedure.
• Accurately counting for assigned locations.
• Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues.
• Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities
of VR's performed by Changeover.
• Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Assist in
activities related with materials purge.
• Scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
• Cycle counter, Warehouse or Assembly technician experience. Inventory control
knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Basic English (written/spoken). Knowledge of MS office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
• Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is
required
Required Education and Training
• Minimum High School / Technical career.
Working Conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Driving experience desirable but not required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
Base Compensation Range Region 1: $24 USD - $32 USD
Base Compensation Range Region 2: $20 USD - $27 USD
