WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of new and existing industrial refrigeration products, including valves, sensors, and control systems
- Create detailed drawings, models, and assemblies with proper dimensions, tolerances, analyses, and Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters
- Design, perform, and analyze tests and experiments to support product development and validation
- Troubleshoot mechanical and fluid-control issues using root cause analysis techniques
- Use 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office tools to support engineering tasks and documentation
- Develop and manage technical documentation that meets established engineering standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to review designs, resolve technical challenges, and support prototype development
- Work on project-driven assignments structured to build technical capability, creativity, and increasing levels of independence
- Contribute as a motivated, self-driven team member who embraces new opportunities and innovative thinking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role working with electro-mechanical products
- Ability to design and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery used in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems
- Strong team contributor capable of delivering results on assigned engineering tasks and accurately documenting updates to key engineering records
