POSITION SUMMARY:The Multi-Site Donation Supervisor provides on-site leadership across Goodwill's donation network, including scattered donation sites, brick-and-mortar donation centers, and mobile donation units. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflows, supporting team members, and ensuring donors experience safe, efficient, and welcoming service at every location. The Supervisor monitors productivity and quality standards, responds to issues in real time, and makes informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Serving as a visible leader in the field, this position reinforces Goodwill's people-first culture and operational excellence by modeling professional behavior, clear communication, and accountability during every shift.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate daily coverage for assigned donation centers, scatter sites, and mobile units based on donation volume and staffing.
- Assign tasks and priorities at the start of and throughout the shift to keep operations moving efficiently.
- Monitor donation handling, sorting, and staging to ensure accuracy and adherence to Goodwill procedures
- Identify and correct unsafe practices or conditions immediately; report incidents and near-misses as required
- Reinforce donor service standards with staff, including professionalism, responsiveness, and pace of service.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to reinforce performance standards and correct issues.
- Identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities in daily operations and share suggestions with retail/donation leadership
Travel: This position requires travel, and the individual must be willing to travel as needed.
Required Education & Experience:- High School Diploma AND 2 years Experience OR
- Associates degree And 1 year experience OR
- Bachelors and 1 year experience.
Required Experience:
- Leading a team in a retail, production, or service environment
- Assigning tasks, managing workflows, or running a shift
Preferred Experience:
- Handling customer concerns or escalation
- Coaching or supporting employee performance
External Hiring Range: $21.00-$23.00/hour
REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI, and PA PATCH)
