Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients with bleeding disorders? -Opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients
-Hands-on experience managing acute bleeding events, pre-procedure evaluations, and post-hospitalization care
-Serve as the point clinician during medication infusions and respond to adverse reactions
-Training provided to perform point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound
-Engage in community outreach at annual Amish Clinics and pediatric summer camp
-Contribute to the education of staff and families on congenital hemostatic and pro-thrombotic conditions
-Help develop operational guidelines for triaging patient calls

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required .
-Existing bleeding disorder knowledge preferred.
-One year of patient care experie nce highly preferred .
-Demonstrated Pediatric experience highly preferred.
-Hematology experience highly preferred .
-PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner required (Must have already passed boards).
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
Must Have Skills/Abilities:
-Good clinical judgement.
-Critical thinking skills necessary to exercise and lead others in application of
acceptable standards of practice.
-Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary staff, other departments, and patients/families.
-Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment.
-Handle multiple/changing priorities.
-Effective oral, written, and digital communication skills.
