💼 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
• Help patients improve daily living skills and regain independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with the senior population
• Commitment to excellence and patient-centered care

• $48-$52/hour, depending on Per Diem or Full-Time status
