Sonoma Post Acute is looking for passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our rehab team. We are seeking therapists who are motivated, resident-focused, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care
• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
