What You Will Do
- Oversee administrative needs and serve as the primary administrative liaison of the Associate Dean and assigned School of Nursing faculty .
- T riage complex inquiries from faculty and students regarding policies, procedures, and program requirements.
- Implement Nurse Anesthesia admissions and data reporting in collaboration with Director and other staff.
- Provide administrative support for CCNE accreditation and maintain confidential reports for the Associate Dean.
- Communicate concerns originating in the Associate Dean's office related to faculty, students, and other school matters.
- Collaborate with Associate and Assistant Deans and Chairs to prepare and distribute academic scheduling grids for courses, faculty assignments, classrooms, and clinical sites. Enter course requests in CPI.
- Schedule and assist with coordination of CRNA program events and workshops in partnership with the Event/Alumni/Development Associate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain/reconcile department purchases via p-card.
- Prepare and process financial forms for the School of Nursing and serve as backup for front desk and Office Support staff during absences or high-volume period

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any one of the following from the categories below:
- Four (4) years (48 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
- Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the fourth level of this series.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University and School of Nursing administrative policies, academic procedures, undergraduate and graduate program operations.
- Specialized academic and clinical management databases such as EXXAT.
- Event organization, budget tracking, data management.
- Principles of leadership, supervision, and effective office management.
