North Pointe Care Center is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team in on-call and part-time roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Accurately document assessments and care provided
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
