The Pour & Debride night shift is focused on quality and reports to the P&D Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working nights, has attention to detail and works well with a team. A vital member of the P&D, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- Insulbar is a process of putting a thermal barrier in a metal extrusion. This thermal barrier prevents temperatures transferring from outside to inside a building. They separate aluminum frames thermally from each other, thereby reducing loss of heat to a minimum.
- Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job
What We're Looking For
- Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- Multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
- Communicate well with peers and management
- Be able to follow direction and work without supervision
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, with periods of required overtime
- Be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
- Basic math skills in order to support quality and dimensional checks
- Must have at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing facility or similar work environment
