Description
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain and launch programs across multiple SharePoint pages with clear governance and user guidance.
- Create and standardize reporting templates for engagement and participation metrics.
- Assist in defining and producing standard reports in Peakon (Workday).
- Document processes and create handoff materials for sustainment.
- Create dashboards and metrics to track success in various programs across the enterprise.
- Manage administration of the organizations Continuous Improvement Training Sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint page development.
- Familiarity with survey analytics or Peakon reporting.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Previous internship experience in analytics or operations.
