Supplemental Healthcare is hiring Paraprofessionals to join our team and work alongside teachers at partnering school districts to help students with special needs succeed -academically, socially, and emotionally.

Every day, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.

Qualifications: (must have one of the following)

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 6 months experience working with childrenPrior experience working with children with special needs, physical/mental disabilities, or behavior managementProficient in the use of standard computer applicationsMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with existing staff

What you'll be doing:

Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork, communication, and daily routinesHelping implement behavior plans and IEP goals with care and consistencyAssisting students with special needs who may require help with mobility, personal care, or emotional regulationCreating a positive learning environment where all students can thriveTeaming up with teachers, therapists, and staff to make school a great place to beCelebrating small victories every single dayWillingness to assist with physical or behavioral needs as requiredYou get to build meaningful relationships with studentsYou'll be part of a collaborative, caring school communityEvery day is different - and never boringYou'll go home knowing you made a real impact
