Responsibilities
As a Partnerships Specialist, you will support the management of relationships with a portfolio of collegiate partners and contribute to initiatives that help grow and protect their brands. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.
- Support account management activities for assigned university partners.
- Assist with brand development and implementation of partner strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with key university contacts.
- Negotiate contracts with universities
- Support our legal team with enforcement strategies.
- Develop and pursue growth opportunities with clients to increase licensing revenue
- Represent CLC in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating company values.
- Develop, maintain, and accomplish goals/objectives specific to each partner's needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client objectives and initiatives.
- Maintain files and research on universities in order to effectively prepare quarterly and annual reports.
- Develop relationships with key on-campus decision makers.
- Research and analyze universities' licensee base to determine trends and opportunities for growth
- Communicate effectively to universities regarding CLC initiatives, systems, and programs
Qualifications
- 1+ Years of experience in client services, account management, marketing, or licensing.
- Exposure to collegiate sports industry a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva and Monday.com preferred.
- Confident presenting to groups and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, sports management, or a related field.
