The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting patients, registration, insurance verification, cash handling, medical record preparation, scheduling appointments, procuring new patient records, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering the telephone. This position supports efficient patient care and clinic initiatives to improve patient attendance and keep attendance records.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesLanguage proficiency in SpanishDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
