Description

• 3-5 years previous experience in Payroll processing
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, BI, Oracle Cloud, E-1, Replicon).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing objectives.
• Resolute in handling confidential/sensitive information.

• Process bi-weekly payroll and all associated tax payments
• Maintain all employee deduction and contribution changes
• Complete all State and Federal quarterly and yearly reporting
• Process all State and Federal quarterly and yearly payments.
• System support related to employee timesheet entry
• Assists in yearly 401K audit
• Assists in data entry for employee benefits and enrollments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
