Physical Therapist Assistant Contract Details:

• $1,380 - $1,496 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist Assistant services at the facility

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure/Certification in Arizona
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred
