Job Summary
An entry-level support role focused on administrative and clerical duties around the warehouse or production plant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support including printing, filing, and maintaining production records and logs.
- Field internal and external calls, route inquiries, and provide basic customer service.
- Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation, labeling, and coordination with logistics.
- Monitor and replenish non-production materials (e.g., PPE, tools, office supplies).
- Pulling production material and delivering to departments
- Run basic, predefined reports and assist in gathering data for production metrics.
- Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards.
- Participate in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/KSAs
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production or warehouse setting

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$18.25 - $25.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
