- Platform & Commercial Strategy Program Manager
Description
This role reports into the centralized Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for leading program execution across several technical workstreams. The role will also support commercial strategy through development of pricing and cost models to support sales operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. This person will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and accountability and maintaining program-level visibility and alignment with business objectives.This role is hybrid and will require 3x a week in-office at our Boston location.
Program Management
- Lead coordination across technical workstreams to drive program objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to support architectural, quality, and operational standards as defined by technical leadership.
- Maintain and manage the program roadmap, sequencing deliverables and aligning milestones with strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to the PMO Lead and Steering Committee.
- Foster alignment and accountability among key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring visibility into priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
Sales Support & Financial Analysis
- Influence pricing strategy and client enablement by providing input based on platform capabilities, cost modeling, and program-level insights.
- Own platform cost modeling and reporting, working closely with Technical Support, DevOps and Finance teams to build and maintain accurate, scalable cost tracking systems.
- Support Finance on budgeting, forecasting and other reporting requirements utilizing results of cost modeling.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain compliance with PMO governance standards.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and reporting artifacts for executive and Steering Committee review.
- Support strategic planning sessions and contribute to enterprise-level performance tracking.
- Support internal communications across functional teams
- Experience: 10+ years in program or project management, preferably in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software environments.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs involving technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with software development practices, architecture concepts, and QA processes, with the ability to coordinate across technical teams. Deep technical expertise is not required, but the ability to coordinate across technical teams is essential
- Strong understanding of cloud-based delivery models and operational workflows
- Financial acumen and experience supporting pricing and cost models, budget planning, and resource forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools and experience with reporting platforms
