Shift: Nights - 12 hour shift - 7p-7a

Pay: $21.39-$26.75 per hour

W ork Hours: Nights - 12 hour rotating shifts; 4 days on 4 days off

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West.

As a Press Assistant/Stacker Operator, you will:

• Perform all required safety inspections and operate equipment according to establish safe job procedures

• Set up machines for the next print run, monitor 2 stackers (machines that stack pages of a book), 2 industrial robots and 1 robotic palletizer.
• Assist team with machine printing functions as needed.
• Conduct quality checks frequently
• Conduct bi-weekly maintenance tasks as assigned
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
• Receive training to help advance your career.

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 60 pounds; up to 80 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of a 12- hour shift

Qualifications:

• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
• Interpersonal skills: Being cooperative and working well with others
• Adaptability: willing and able to grasp new tasks and challenges
