Product Support Sales Representative II / Territory Parts ManagerPRIMARY FUNCTION :
The primary responsibility of this position is to promote Blue Bird and Micro Bird bus product support capabilities, which includes promotion of new and existing original equipment and after-market parts sales revenue, as well as support of service revenue growth opportunities. Areas of focus include, but not limited to, the promotion and expansion of parts and service opportunities of existing Blue Bird and Micro Bird bus customers and generation of new parts and service opportunities from target customers in North and South Carolina.
The overall business unit provides sales, parts, and service support for Blue-Bird and Micro Bird school, activity, commercial, and Type A products. This position requires close cooperation and full support from the Bus Business Sales Manager, Territory Account Managers, Service Managers, and Parts Managers to ensure customers are well informed of all product offerings and capabilities available through the group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
Associate's degree in applied science, business, or related field with at least three years related job experience, preferably in a similar industry or high school diploma or GED with at least five years related job experience.

Physical:
Must be able to work for extended periods while sitting or driving.
Must have ability to clearly communicate with customers on the phone or in-person.
Must have excellent customer relations primarily with verbal communications using the telephone or in-person.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and be able to drive daily.
Other:
Must be PC knowledgeable and possess a proficientskill level with keyboard and Microsoft software applications, preferably Excel and Word.
Strong mechanical and product knowledge is desirable.
