Description
3rd shiftResponsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned department(s), ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Provides leadership, training, and performance management for team members while coordinating with other departments to maintain production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage employees, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and training.
- Monitor production to meet quality standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with Lab, Purchasing, and Sales to maintain production schedules and material availability.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
- 3+ years supervisory and manufacturing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement practices.
Work Environment:
