- Program Manager
Description
The Operations Program Manager works to lead the adoption and deployment of new technology platforms as well as managing internal application deployment and corporate operations development projects. The area of responsibility includes but is not limited to developing standard procedures to aid in organizational efficiency, developing and monitoring metrics related to development projects, leading adoption efforts for new initiatives, and working on margin enhancement strategies. The Operations Program Manager is also responsible for specific assigned projects and/or initiatives related to Strategic Initiatives and Operational Efficiencies assigned by leadership.
Essential Functions
• Oversee the deployment of internal applications, ensuring they meet user needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Responsible for implementation and support for assigned strategic initiatives, such as Pre-Installation and Field Services
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
• Establish metrics to measure the success of technology implementations and project outcomes.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, while managing timelines and budgets for corporate development projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, encourage feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to senior management and relevant teams, fostering transparency and collaboration.
• Works with other members of Operations Department to develop Operational Best Practices & Procedures
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement in future technology deployments.
• Identify potential risks associated with technology adoption and project execution, developing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
• Performs analysis and reporting in support of Operational KPIs
• Ability to influence others that do not directly report to you
• This position requires overnight travel and may involve extended stays at any of our locations
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education/experience required
• 2-4 years of operations related experience required
• 5-10 years of experience in the commercial door and hardware or security integration industry required
• Experience using Comsense desired
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office products required
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Critical thinking, problem solving, self-starter
Physical Demands

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. It routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, and filing systems. Occasional business travel may be required.
