Program Supervisor - Children's Intensive Services (WISe)Location: Based in Coupeville, WA - Serving Island & San Juan Counties
Program: 600-11750
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week)
Wage: $78,249.60 - $110,682.92/year DOE

Compass Health is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee our Children's Intensive Services (WISe) teams serving Island and San Juan Counties. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a dedicated, multidisciplinary team delivering wraparound behavioral health services to youth and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership while helping ensure services are collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in family voice and choice.
This position is based in Coupeville and requires travel to the San Juan Islands at least once a week. It is primarily in-person, with limited remote flexibility available after 90 days.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to WISe program staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation
- Ensure program services are delivered in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with community agencies, providers, and natural supports to build strong interagency relationships and service coordination
- Oversee documentation, billing, and data management to meet quality and compliance expectations
- Participate in rotation for after-hours crisis consultation and staff support, including weekends and holidays
- May maintain a small clinical caseload to remain closely connected to service delivery
- Serve as operational backup to the Program Manager as needed
- MA/MS/MSW degree in a Behavioral Science-related field
- Active Washington State licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation per WAC
- Washington State Approved Supervisor Training (or willingness to complete before supervising)
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical service with youth, families, and children
- Demonstrated experience in treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis stabilization, and case management
- Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance
- Strong administrative and leadership skills with experience supervising clinical staff
- Deep understanding of complex family systems, child/adolescent mental health, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to respond with composure and clarity to crises, staffing challenges, and competing priorities
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting underserved communities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
