Job Summary:
The Project Executive (PX) is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, financial performance, and successful execution of multiple mission-critical data center integration and fit-out projects across assigned regions and/or client portfolios. Serving as a critical link between executive leadership, clients, and project delivery teams, the PX ensures consistent execution of complex, fast-track data center projects while meeting stringent requirements for safety, quality, schedule certainty, uptime, and profitability.
This role partners closely with the Vice President of Data Center Integration, Preconstruction leadership, and delivery teams to drive standardized execution, scalable delivery models, and alignment with Compu Dynamics long-term business objectives and core values.

1. Relational Development
- Builds trusted partnerships and guide team on vendor management.
- Maintains and grow long-term customer partnerships; set expectations for client service.
- Drives strategic business development planning with leadership.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Champions team communication and ensure alignment across markets and divisions.
- Oversees meeting quality and train leaders in facilitation skills.
- Establishes reporting standards and ensures leadership visibility.
3. Planning, Scheduling and Project Close-out
- Establishes best practices for scheduling across all teams.
- Oversees planning processes and drives consistency across projects.
- Sets partnership standards and promotes collaboration across divisions.
- Defines submittal best practices and ensures consistency across the team.
- Ensures team-wide close-out quality standards.
- Oversees project completion success and client satisfaction metrics.
4. Profit, Budgeting, and Procurement Management
- Develops and review strategies to improve project profitability.
- Provides executive-level oversight of financial performance.
- Monitors major change risks and financial exposure at company level.
- Oversees procurement policies and vendor strategies company-wide.
5. Constructability, Quality and Safety
- Sets team quality benchmarks.
- Directs team quality initiatives.
- Oversees team safety performance.
6. Contract Management, Risk management, and Compliance
- In collaboration with leadership, review major contractual terms and conditions and decisions.
- Oversee project vendor and partner agreements for consistency.
- In collaboration with leadership, leads project contract risk and strategy.
- Oversees risk policies across project teams.
- Oversees regulatory and legal compliance for team projects.
7. Talent Management and Team Collaboration
- Builds team structures and role accountability.
- Drives team leadership development and culture.
- Oversees workforce planning for the team.
- Leads team leadership development and performance strategy.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (masters preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in mission-critical, data center, or large-scale construction.
- Demonstrated experience delivering data center integration or fit-out projects.
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects with portfolios exceeding $50M.
- Strong financial acumen, contract knowledge, and risk management capability.
- Proven ability to lead senior project teams.
- Proficiency with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center clients.
- Background in electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or integrated systems construction.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Prior regional, portfolio-level, or executive leadership experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This role operates in both office and field environments. Occasional travel based on project and client needs. Physical demands include standing, walking, and light lifting up to 20 lbs.

Compu Dynamics Pay Range$165,000—$215,000 USD Compu Dynamics offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, well-being, and growth of our team members.
