What You'll Do:

• Lead project planning and execution
• Manage customer relationships and communication
• Coordinate with and guide our field crews
• Oversee materials management and logistics
• Perform design work and scenario planning
• Occasional hands-on support in warehouse operations

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of construction or playground surfacing project management experience
• High school diploma plus some college coursework
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience supervising crews
