The Senior Data Analyst performs high-quality data analysis to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaborating across teams, they develop code and build reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.EDUCATION: Background in health data science, including biostatistics, epidemiology, health information systems, or related public health field. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' experience healthcare analytics or related field
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with (or demonstrated ability and willingness to learn) analytic tools such as R, Python, Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
- Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships across clinical and administrative teams
- Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems (EHR) preferred
- Background in PACE, Medicare, or Medicaid programs preferred
PAY:
- $79,040 - $ 122,720 annually, based on experience
