The hourly pay range is $19.50 - $20.25 (DOE). This position is based in our Clackamas, Oregon location with working hours of 7:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

About the position:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors while answering a multi-line telephone system and directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
What You'll Do:
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring prompt and accurate redirection to the appropriate recipient. Transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Retrieves messages and forwards them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with the address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and facilitates visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitors visitor access, ensures all visitors are signed in and out, and issues visitor badges.
- Updates the calendar and schedules the conference room for meetings.
- Receives, sorts, processes, and distributes mail to designated persons or departments. Prepare outgoing mail and documents for other carriers.
- Manage the check log process by receiving checks, accurately entering them into Excel, and maintaining the record in a designated binder.
- Inventory, order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Conduct daily OCR screenings.
- Orders and distributes snacks.
- Maintains and addresses any concerns regarding coffee orders. Tracks and approves coffee invoices.
- Maintain the front desk area's cleanliness.
- Order lunches for meetings.
- Order and stock drinks and snacks for the main conference meeting room.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
