What you will do
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for the full scope of resident care on your assigned shift. Your focus will be on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and collaboration within our supportive environment. Your work will ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents and support the growth of our nursing team.

How you will contribute

• Patient care:
  
  • Conduct daily patient rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of each resident.
  • Administer and monitor medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians and family members in a timely manner.
  • Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Team leadership:
  
  • Oversee and manage the staffing and performance of nursing assistants on your shift.
  • Mentor junior staff and help resolve staff-level issues or grievances.
  • Contribute to employee performance evaluations and staffing decisions.
• Clinical coordination and compliance:
  
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, reports, and incident logs.
  • Ensure all nursing staff comply with established policies and procedures, including infection control.
  • Participate in facility quality assurance reviews and government agency inspections
