What to Expect:

Start Date January 26, 2026 Must reside in North Dakota or South Dakota

Schedule: We have two options

• Tues -Sat 10:30 AM-7:00 PM--8% shift diff per hour for Saturday (ARIZONA TIME)
• Sun-Thur-10:30 AM - 7:00 PM --8% shift diff per hour for Sun (ARIZONA TIME)
• Paid Training is 4 Weeks (9am -5pm Arizona Time).

Requirements

• • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must live in /near North Dakota or South Dakota
  • Must be comfortable with high volume outbound calls.
  • Must be comfortable with achieving and maintaining required contact center metrics.
  Compensation for this position is based on several factors, including but not limited to years of relevant experience, education, and geographical work location. Final pay will be determined in accordance with applicable law and internal equity.
