Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking Renewable Civil Graduate Engineer to add to our growing team. You will support senior engineers in delivering high quality civil design solutions that advance large scale and distributed generation solar projects. We are looking for an early career civil engineer who is eager to learn, detail oriented, and ready to contribute to renewable energy development with accuracy and initiative. What you will do:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to support the planning, design, and execution of large-scale and distributed generation renewable energy projects.
- Independently perform civil design and drafting, including grading, stormwater management, and site layout.
- Conduct design computations and calculations for civil site design, mass grading, and earthwork.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental, water resources, survey, and construction professionals, to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Resolve design challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Travel: Less than 10% required.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and completion of the FE exam.
- 2+ years of experience in land development or renewable energy design.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Detail-focused, self-motivated, and skilled at handling multiple projects concurrently.
