Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring HH, LPN/LVN Registered Nurses for contract assignments at a partnering state-supported living facility in North Tonawanda, New York.

Qualifications:
- New York RN License
- AHA BLS1 year of experience as an RNHH, LPN/LVN experience preferred
HH, LPN/LVN RN Contract Details
- $780 - $848 per week*
- State-supported living center
- This is a group home setting
- Heavy Med Pass
- Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
- Patient acuity may vary by location
- AM shift available
- 13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
- RN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
