Location: South Plant - 600 State Road 32 West, Crawfordsville, IN
(We also have a North Plant at 1009 Sloan St.)

What You Will Do

As our Safety Intern, you'll play a key role in plant safety initiatives:

• Conduct a plant-wide machine guard assessment to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Complete a chemical inventory across the site and recommend standardization improvements
• Collaborate with team members to share findings and support continuous safety improvements
• Learn how safety practices integrate into production, maintenance, and environmental operations

We're looking for a motivated and curious student who's eager to learn, contribute, and grow:

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, shared folders)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Open-minded and confident sharing new ideas
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Strong project and task management skills (preferred)
• Pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (preferred)
