Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Cheektowaga, New York, to hire school nurses. Qualifications:
- New York LPN License
- American Heart Association BLSMinimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting
School Health Office LPN Contract Details:
- $30.25 - $32.55 per hour
- Schedule follows the school district calendar
- Nurse will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
- Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
- Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings
- Promoting education and wellness initiatives
