Overview

Micro-Mode Products is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
• Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function
• Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
