The Amneal Global Corporate Security and Investigations (GCSI) Special Investigator performs comprehensive and complex investigations related to external/internal thefts, compliance investigations, diversion of pharmaceutical products, and Amneal's intellectual properties. Utilization of computer analysis, video review, documentation research and in-person interviews are required to recreate and establish events bringing these investigations to a logical conclusion. Additionally, administers, coordinates, and evaluates programs that support the strategy, policies, and standards established to safeguard visitors, employees, property and assets. Further duties include providing remote access, completing daily logs, performing shipment integrity and logistical tracking of sensitive company products. Interact with and work collaboratively with local, state and federal law enforcement and other agencies as required. Candidates will require critical thinking and extensive analytical/investigation skills. Candidate should have investigative law enforcement experience, 4-year degree is preferred.
Schedule:
2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am Sunday to Thursday
Essential Functions:
- To conduct complex investigations into pharmaceutical product diversion and prepare accurate, detailed reports and documentation suitable for use in both criminal and civil proceedings.
 - Oversee and coordinate controlled substance movement across internal operations and the supply chain, managing logistical tracking, room inspections, monitoring of CCTV, access control, and GPS tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency, security, and compliance
 - Technical and troubleshooting skills to support investigations and ensure continuous system reliability. This includes diagnosing and repairing issues with CCTV and video surveillance systems such as camera connectivity, image quality, or recording failures, as well as troubleshooting access control and intrusion systems involving card readers, door strikes, alarms, and sensors.
 - Has knowledge of the operations of a central command center, policies and procedures used to validate, process and track access credentials of authorized persons to ensure a safe work environment at company facilities. Process security information and data for employment records, security clearances, property control, and access control.
 
Education:
- Associate Degree or college enrollment - Required
 - Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) - Preferred
 
Experience:
- 2 years or more in Investigative law enforcement/military. Experience in security industry.
 
Skills:
- Knowledge of the operation of a computer systems and related electronic data collection equipment including the operation of a Global Command Center. - Advanced
 - Knowledge of electronic software procedures and terminology. - Advanced
 - Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written directions. - Advanced
 - Ability to read and interpret written material accurately. - Advanced
 - Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions - Proficient
 - Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient
 
Specialized Knowledge: Licenses:
- New York State Security Guard License -Upon Hire-Required
 
The hourly base salary for this position ranges from $29.00 to $36.00 per hour. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
