We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Team Lead with deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP to lead architecture, implementation, and optimization efforts across our enterprise systems. This role blends technical leadership with functional insight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ERP solutions, driving process improvements, and managing integrations with other systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead ERP professionals, and ensure systems align with business goals and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, upgrades, and optimization projects
• Design and implement ERP enhancements (BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports)
• Communication with cross functional departments and department heads
• Collaborate with business units to improve processes and deliver scalable solutions
• Manage ERP integrations and third-party services
• Provide Tier 4 support and resolve escalated application issues
• Maintain developer documentation and training materials
• Mentor and guide ERP team members
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/Service Management and digital security protocols
• Support M&A activities and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of Epicor Kinetic ERP/Application experience
• Strong technical skills in Epicor ERP (BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, dashboards)
• Experience with ERP integrations and application architecture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ERP project management and vendor coordination experience
• Techno Functional experience

Work Environment

• Office-based with remote flexibility
• Occasional presence in manufacturing settings (PPE required)
• Minimal travel to company sites or vendor locations
