- Senior Manager Treasury
Description
As Senior Treasury Manager, you will manage daily cash activities, report cash position, and execute borrowing/investment transactions. Support liquidity and prepare cash flow projections. Manage the Company's collection efforts in coordination with internal teams. Assist in developing bank relationships. Evaluate banking system processes and makes suggestions for improvements.
- Oversight/Management of the daily cash flow forecasting and analysis and execution support of daily funding decisions.
- Gather, interpret, and prepare cash flow projections.
- Maintain cash management policies and procedures to ensure changing business requirements are met as well as adherence to SOX controls and other banking regulations.
- Support, sometimes completing, ensure the timely issuance of reporting for the Debt Programs.
- Coordinate with Accounting and other internal departments to facilitate transfer of knowledge and informational requirements including General Ledger entries and associated reporting.
- Manage collection efforts in collaboration with collection personnel.
- Assist Oversight/Management of the Credit Manager with customer credit file reviews and issue resolution.
- Recommend improvements to current cash management processes and systems. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements.
- Management of the organization's bank accounts, including the maintenance of bank's treasury system, including recommendations for improvements, and training staff on those systems. Assist in managing bank accounts and treasury systems.
- In conjunction with Credit Services department, review and analysis of credit card fees
- Support special projects as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree and CTP Certification preferred
- 5+years of cash management experience, international cash management, and knowledge of derivative instruments is a plus
- Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of debt agreements and related covenant testing is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
On-campus presence in Dodgeville. WI required 10 days/month or more based on business needs.
