In this role, you will be a member of our highly reputable project management and control team. The Project Controls team on this project is responsible for implementing the PMIS and project workflows, as well as managing document, schedule and cost control.
We are currently hiring a Senior Project Controls Coordinator to support our team out of Nashville, TN. The Senior Project Controls Coordinator supports the implementation and administration of the Program Management Information System (PMIS – Aconex), cost control processes, document control workflows, schedule integration, and construction technology platforms. This position acts as a key liaison between the Cost Director and Project Controls Director to ensure smooth cost administration, vendor onboarding, and data management across program systems (Aconex and Textura).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in program PMIS implementation and act as system administrator:
Vendor onboarding/offboarding
Provide helpdesk support to internal teams and client users
Maintain system configuration and data integrity
Manage cost-related administration including budgeting, invoices, and vendor contracts through Aconex and Textura.
Support delivery of project controls services, including:
Capital planning, portfolio/program governance, project funding & setup
Cost & commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and project close-out
Facilitate the flow of construction technology information to ensure efficient project execution.
Support the Controls team in developing program KPI and reporting dashboards.
Perform data entry and verification across program systems.
Collaborate closely with the Project team to ensure PMIS governance.
Complete additional duties as required and maintain consistent onsite attendance during business hours.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Highly technology-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new PMIS tools.
Experience managing invoices and payment applications in digital systems.
Understanding of how project controls support overall organizational goals.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with strong accountability and quality focus.
Technical understanding of the construction industry and cost-estimating methods.
Ability to interpret drawings and documents (Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP, Geotech), schedules, and site logistics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex or incomplete information.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Cumming Group tools, systems, and standard procedures.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Controls fundamentals.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Flexibility in working hours and ability to integrate across departments.
Preferred Education and Experience:
BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, QS, or related field.
3+ years relevant post-graduate experience.
Experience with PMIS implementation and administration.
Prior use of Aconex, Textura, or Procore.
Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
Previous experience on technology client programs or commercial campus projects.
Experience with Smartsheet (a plus).

The salary range for this full-time role is $82,700.00-$110,300.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
