Position SummaryThe Senior Project Manager leads complex, high‑visibility projects and portfolios—managing contracts, financial performance, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own contract, scope, and commercial terms; manage change orders and claims avoidance.
- Lead financials (forecasting, margin, cash flow) and executive reporting.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and vendors; ensure quality and safety performance.
- Mentor PMs and standardize best practices across the PMO.
- 10+ years managing complex utility/industrial automation projects; strong financial and contractual acumen.
- PMP and/or PE preferred; excellent communication and leadership.
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Business or related field.
- Collaboration — partners across Engineering, Operations, and Field Services to deliver value.
- Leadership — sets direction, coaches teams, and drives accountability and change.
- Excellence — delivers high‑quality, compliant, and repeatable outcomes with strong documentation.
- Accountability — owns outcomes, budgets, risks, and deadlines; uses KPIs for decisions.
- Respect — communicates effectively and builds trust with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed. Site work may require PPE, walking/standing on uneven surfaces, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
